MRI machine Our Interventional Radiology Service at the Children’s Hospital offers a comprehensive range of interventional procedures for the children and young people of the West Midlands and beyond.

We treat a variety of conditions such as vascular and lymphatic malformations, portal hypertension and strictures of the oesophagus just to name a few. Our dedicated team provide a specialised service for our patients, using the highest quality equipment and techniques.

  • Bleomycin sclerotherapy

  • Drainage or aspiration of fluid
